Thirty years ago, a buddy and me drove to Cal in April for a vacation. We were out one night walking around in short sleeve shirts when it was about 50 degrees. The locals were all bundled up in jackets. Someone asked "Where the he#* are you from, Canada?" :cool:

No, I hate the jack asses that think the flashing light on the cab of their trucks means it's okay to back into traffic when they're plowing.

And you live in the "northern and western suburbs" which supposedly get significantly more snow. Last year was definitely an aberration.

Other than a 31 inch storm in Northern PA around 1993, last year's "one two punch" Virginia blizzard was the worst I ever went through, including 6 years in update NY and 7 in Boston. We deserve a decade of no snow.

It's been in the mid 70's for about a week now, hopefully it warms up soon, I can't take much more of this freezing weather.

Mother of God, we're supposed to get another 10-15" of snow on Wednesday. I am so ready for winter to be over. Jeebus.

Wonder if the driver had to change his drawers after this on Friday. :eek: This happened on Hwy 401 near Milton, west of Toronto.

It is tropical here! No jacket needed all day, shorts and t-shirt weather! It got up to 24 degrees!

I know! If it hits 30, I swear I'm gonna drive with my windows down.

To put in perspective for the outsiders, let me remind you that would be a more than 40 degree swing in the last couple days.

103.7 inches of snow for the year now in Marquette, 37.8 so far during the month of January.
