Snowmageddon Twenty Eleven has begun here. The "heavy" stuff won't start for another couple of hours, but the wind has been steadily increasing since about 4 this afternoon.

We got about 3", nothing to write home about. Roads are sloppy, but not terrible now that they've plowed. Happy to be in for the night though. Looking at 10ish tomorrow, which isn't ideal, but is manageable.
Edit - Twitch, I call Shenanigans! The weather guy's name is Bastardi ... seriously.

It's times like this I'd rather listen to Karl Bohnak from TV6 get (legitimately) excited about lake effect.

While I am not a fan of cold combined with wind, I am getting tired of the snowing. It seems constant, and it is wearing on me. So I'll take this over it this time around.
Snow usually doesn't bug me as much as it has lately, I think it is just because my car desperately needs snow tires and I refuse to get them halfway through the winter. This will be the last winter without them though. Cripes.
