The States : red states in a race to the bottom

Michigan did that all the time when the GOP held the legislature until the state Supreme Court flipped and kicked them in the face. It'd get the signatures, they'd take it up in a lame duck session and neuter it.

In Alaska the Legislature can’t really do stuff like Missouri did because our judiciary is (relatively) independent and will smack that stuff down real quick.

Like, if the Legislature had their way our RCV system would be gone but they can’t.

As someone who has spent years living in Europe- I’d rather deal with lack of air con and the fear of suicide bombers than the hellscape we’ll become

As I am sure you know, that isn't just a rule, it is a basic Constitutional principle: if you are 30% of the population you should have 30% of the representation. The Republicans divide those 30% evenly among all districts so they completely disappear. Zero representation.

This will be fun when it turns around the other way. White nationalist "Christians" are about 30% of the population. We should disenfranchise them. Completely.

Some really can’t help themselves. Like I mentioned some time back, some turned on him when he condemned the murder of Israelis in DC.

I wish I could vote for the guy.
