Re: The Dead Thread: Yep. Still Dead.

Anger Management was decent. I know which one you're talking about with the dark humor, I think it's Punch Drunk Love? That was also alright.

Maybe "Funny People?" Sandler plays a washed up comic with inoperable cancer who takes a young stand up comic under his wing. That was pretty good.

I heard that was okay, too. I was indeed thinking about Punch Drunk, had to look it up though, so not outstanding, but solid.

Love the part when the washed up comic visits his doctor who has a Hans Gruber accent:

Dr. Lars: It's too early to know who's winning the fight: the medicine or the disease.

George Simmons: Did anybody ever tell you, you have a very scary accent?

Dr. Lars: You are a very funny man. I enjoy your movies.

George Simmons: And I enjoy all of your movies.

Dr. Lars: [surprised] Which movies?

George Simmons: The ones where you try to kill Bruce Willis.

Ohhhhhhh THAT movie. I remember seeing that clip, but never watched the movie. I may check it out.

The average smart phone has more computing power than the entirety of NASA in 1969.
