Bowie as a capstone for the previous thread was all too fitting.

Like many I've been listening to Bowie for decades. Within the last year I heard this song for the first time - I'm afraid of Americans. I must say its the coolest song I heard for the first time over the last year. Such powerful art. Give it a try:

Ken Schott, the Union hockey writer for the Schenectady Gazette, whose twitter feed I subscribe to because he does post about RPI occasionally, has been tweeting about Bowie all day. That's fine because it meant that I didn't hear much about Philadelphia sports teams. Anyway, he wrote this article about Bowie http://www.dailygazette.com/weblogs/schott/2016/jan/11/david-bowie-legend-leaves-us/ on his usually college-hockey-based blog.
