I'm having trouble keeping track of all these characters, but the FrostedFlakes/Tony the Tiger thing was funny, and I do remember the TT character from Diddy Kong Racing. :p

The photo you found was the one I was originally looking for, but I didn't post that one. The one I posted was taken with a cell phone (though not mine). :rolleyes: Just in the spirit of transparency (as poorly as that term may fit :D )

i'm just saying if that bothers you so much but what deuce and candycanes do doesnt.. then you are guilty of what you are criticizing tony for. 'two wrongs make a right' is not a sustainable strategy.

color me lost. what exactly are you debunking here? a bu fan took a picture and sent it into barstool (presumably the same kid who took the cellphone shot). this equates to the worcester telegram photographer, how?

I'll clarify that I do know Tony personally, as well as Joe. We do not speak much, but we do know each other.

That being said, I don't talk about anyone's personal life, I don't like anyone speaking about mine, and I have no clue what he's talking about.

Unfortunately the Barstool one looks like a pro shot. Of course there are skilled photographers that are BU fans, but I don't think that's what happened here, because I saw it on other fake news sites. I can also confirm it is a different person than took the cellphone pic because that "photographer" sent that one to me. I don't condone ripping on that guy, but it was only in response to the uninitiated attacks on yankeefn01.

And please. The Worcester Telegram, wow what a premiere news source. :D

well, i haven't even been a part of this entire beanpot thread, yet i seemed to have come up in the yankeefat context, which by definition would be making fun of me behind my back as i am not actively a part of the thread. so by your very post, you have contradicted yourself. bravo.

the difference here is that by posting this guys picture, if he were a member of this board you would probably be banned for posting something that personal. i wouldn't blame the guy for becoming highly offended by something like that.

on a lighter note, here's to the quest for 30/58. Let's Go BU!

Shocking! They have fans? That aren't drunk businessmen down in the expensive seats? Are you sure they aren't businessmen pretending to be students?

Ugh, anyone else watching the game on TV catch the lame "there is no infield fly rule" quote from the announcer when the puck went up in the air right above one of the goalies? I thought we were done with lame baseball references after the fenway game.
