SCSU Huskies 2010 Off-Season Thread

Re: SCSU Huskies 2010 Off-Season Thread

You really don't add much to this conversation. All I see is someone trying to prove they know something.

EDIT: Someone should really alert Division I DePaul that their 13 athletic programs doesn't meet bigmrg74's stringent standards.

Not my standards, they're the NCAA's.

Track and Field can be divided into Indoor and Outdoor Track, thus giving Depaul 15 programs.

And I do have to admit a mistake here, the minimum number of 16 is to be D1-A, or if you will, Football Bowl Subdivision. The limit for Football Championship subdivision is 14. So DePaul could actually cut their Men's Golf team and still be fine.

Not sure what he did; maybe the St. Cloud Times will have something tomorrow.

I doubt they are smart enough to have anything on it.:D Then again since it is on here I am sure someone will tell Hatten. Funny I heard about about it this morning, but felt no reason to post it online. I guess some people feel otherwise......

Jeez. Great job, Tony. Like you really needed to give these tools fuel.

Felony Criminal Damage to Property. It's right on the Stearns County Jail web site. I found out about it this morning as well, and like you felt no reason to post it online. He's done... way to go, and way to be a great teammate Tony!

BTW, who has their tickets for the UND series up in Grand Forks? I already have mine. I just need to buy my plane ticket.

I'm gonna do some play-by-play for some hockey teams in Wisconsin this year but I made sure to take off December 3rd when they asked if I could. :D But taking a flight? Boo! I thought you and Mr. wore Black were gonna pick up me and Mitch in the Cities. :(

Mr. wore Black can't come because it is close to Finals for him. I would drive, but that would be additional days of unpaid leave from work. Sorry. :o

It all depends what happened. Many times when booking someone it says stuff like felony criminal damage and it ends up he was drunk and broke a car window. I have no idea what happened but if that was the case he will get a slap on the hand and it will be no big deal.

What's the penalty for that awful 'neck-beard'?

The difference between felony property damage and a misdemeanor is the cost of the damage.

I believe if it's over $1000 in MN then it's a felony.

Edit: If he had another conviction of the same offense previously then they can charge him with a felony if the damage was $500.
