Stealing a street sign is a good old fashioned college prank... stealing a stop sign can get somebody hurt.

Correct. Most people with half a brain slow down at a intersection even if there is not a stop sign....

People need to remember these guys are college students. I don't know about all of you, but I did a lot of stupid things in college. Stealing a stop sign is not a big deal. He should miss the first game of season( Oct 2nd) and that is it.

Yeah... and how many people driving in St. Cloud aren't equipped with half a brain? I'm not saying he should be kicked off the team, but its not like he didn't do anything. If one person knows that the interesection has a stop sign and the other driver doesn't know that and doesn't see one, that's just a recipe for disaster.

I'm not gonna say I never did **** either in college, getting drunk and messing with things is one thing, I'd just like him to realize that a Stop sign isn't something to **** with.

Moron. If that's true i still say he has to sit some games that matter not just the exhibition. I'd leave him home for omaha.

Sounds about right. Maybe even the Miami series, but that's more on how Motzko thinks Tony took the punishment, and then good to go and hopefully its the last time he gets in trouble as a Husky.

Yeah, one night after the bars, we picked up one of those flashing yellow sawhorse barrier deals and put it in the back seat. We proceeded to drive down the street that was formerly shut off. Not too obvious, 2 drunks driving around with a flashing yellow light in the back seat. Coincidentallly, we were renting a house from Geyer rental, the same company that supplied the flashing yellow light.

Ahh, those were the days.

I used to have like three orange road cones in my garage. Who doesn't do dumb crap when they're drunk? I mean, Braylon Edwards just got busted for a DUI (way bigger deal than stealing a sign) and he's playing on Sunday.

Please, you have to kill someone to get suspended there, or just shoot yourself in the leg.

Not that it matters, but he was an incoming freshman recruit. Still a piece of ****, but not technically a UMD student. He also had a history of beating up girlfriends. Basically, UMD should have known better than to even talk to this loser.

And seriously, who steals a stop sign? Even hockey players should know that's just asking for trouble.

My buddy and I turned a two-way stop into an un-controlled intersection in the middle of the night up in Bemidji. This was after the 2 AM firework display we did.
