One thing I feel is she would have made a fantastic President. Instead we elected the worst President of all time. That's a bad tradeoff considering the challenges that have occurred the last 4 years. I hope Biden can get us back on track.

Been the strategy of the GOP all along. Amy will flip the vote if it wasn't already flipped for this one. Biden and the Dems are going to have to pass some major voting laws while they're in office and we'll need to pray they either A. do not get overturned or B. we don't have another tea party bs invalidating a good law and getting Orcs elected all over the place.

No he didnt. Obama banked on ObamaCare...put all his collateral behind it and it burned him. Dont change history to fit your narrative you literally say this every time Obama gets brought up.
The Dems adding six justices is closer to ObamaCare than what I am discussing. They do that they lose a House of Congress by 2024 and nothing gets done.
And lets for arguments sake say that is going to happen anyways...would you rather get a bunch done or nothing? It isnt like they can get 6 justices confirmed in a week...that is months of work. Months where likely not much else gets done of true value.
If we take the Senate than every bill McConnell has sat on the last 4 years that is good for the Dems and is still relevant should go to a vote.

No, he didn't bank on only one thing. He banked on the other side working with him and it burned him. The only way what you're suggesting works is if we take Turtle Boy's minority powers away. Which we will have to do anyway. So, getting through all the justices is easy and fast then. They got Amy through fast. Dems could blast through 100 in two months if they needed to.

This is really important to note because I can see the Centrists here falling for it again.
It is also very important that we not fall into the "rural chocolate box" fallacy, that assumes the average Democratic voter looks like this:

Elections are about turnout. Mealy-mouthed centrism does nothing for turnout. Show and have the courage of our convictions, for god's sake.

It is easy to play fast and loose with people's lives when it isnt your life that is on the line.
The fact that you think anyone who thinks this isnt the greatest idea in the history of the world is a "Centrist" proves in all your years of education you never did get past the Trixie level of discourse you just use more flowery words. It is also why the Far Left never gets a true foothold in the party. It is just too much of this divisive crap, not enough strategy on how to make it work in the long term. Your strategy wins us the court til the next GOP President (maybe...most likely we never get that many confirmed before the people get mad) and probably loses us the chance at real reform through Congress. My way doesnt piss off a lot of people, gives them what they want and what they are asking for.
See me, I am willing to accept that there are things more important than adding to my testosterone count. We dont need to spike the ball and taunt to win the game, in fact doing so might hurt us. We need to win, and then we need to do whatever we can to make sure we can keep winning. There is no need to get greedy here, most likely the people are handing us the Senate, more seats in the House and the Presidency. How about instead of pissing it away on one vanity project we take it out for a spin and see what we can get accomplished with it. How about we actually save this friggin country (and maybe the environment while we are at it) and actually fight to shift the perception of the Left back to what it used to be.
But better yet, how about we do what the voters want. They didn't vote for Bernie or any of the far left people (though Harris is apparently more Liberal than Bernie...but she is Veep which hardly counts ;-) ) they voted/are voting for the guy that isnt going to be the Left's version of Trump. They wanted a person who would bring back normalcy. How about we do that before we set fire to the whole thing.

GOOD GOD THIS! They already are and the media is jumping on it. They will be completely in the tank on this and paint it exactly how the Dems dont want it to try and show they arent biased. They couldnt justify the Hunter Biden crap anymore and the "Oil" snaffu went nowhere so this will be their mode of attack.

True. But as I know you know that means you might as well fix everything. If Biden is a Socialist and so is Pelosi and Schumer then pass the bills and be done with it. You are handed a mandate...the people want the supposed Socialism. So pass it, sign it and let the chips fall where they may. If the people vote against the Dems because they give them COVID Stimulus, the Green New Deal, Tax Reform, Voting Rights, LGBTQ+ Rights and god knows what else...at least the Dems can say they put the effort in this time to win but the people just dont care enough to make it work anymore.
And the best part for people like Kepler, if the SC steps in and shuts it down, the people get mad and will want...you guessed it...SUPREME COURT REFORM! Then you can start a campaign to expand the Court and the only people who will hate it are the morons Faux pays to read their scripts.

Outside of the Right Blogosphere most legal scholars I have seen (which is not an exhaustive study by any means) think it is an absolutely atrocious opinion that makes no sense. The factual errors alone are inexcusable.

Yeah well we dont need them. If they want to do the right thing fine but they wont have any control on anything. Do to them what they did to us with the ACB hearing. Let them whine and whine and pass it anyways.
If the Dems show the type of courage in office as they do when they give speeches they will be fine.

Going back to your Pennsylvania tweet...they need to do what people in other states are doing...tell people to stop mailing their ballots and go drop it off. The mail cannot be trusted.
Boom. All true. Pass everything. Pass it all. Pass, pass, pass. So much can be passed, just based on the bills sitting in the Senate, that the SC will never keep up with all of it. Maybe the base wants SC reform, but I’m guessing they want legislation way more. Maybe suburban women will move away from the Democratic Party after the threat of Trump has passed, but we know more will move away faster if SC reform is made front and center, assuming our dream comes true and we retake the trifecta. Give them what they THINK they voted for. I doubt ANY of them are voting to change the Court like us hardcore partisans are talking about.
