FlagDUDE hits pay dirt with his strategy and takes the bonus point, but can't quite get past Ralph for the overall lead.

RPI sucked Friday. Because of that, Matt Tomkins (FlagDUDE08) earned the shutout and was the best Buckeye of the night. Tanner Laczynski (Ralph Baer, RPI fan 4 life) tallied an assist and scored into the empty net to lead Ohio State skaters.
By virtue of actually scoring a goal, Jacob Hayhurst (no one) led eligible skaters for the Engineers. Saturday featured a flashback to Friday as Tanner Laczynski (no one) put up the same 1-1–2 scoreline to lead the Buckeyes for the second night.

Paging vizoroo and MavHockey14, you didn't miss much last night. One of their defensemen put up five but no one picked him and of course, FlagDUDE got the bagel.

You can still make picks for this weekend's match-ups with Arizona State. Just get the picks in by puck drop (9:05 PM EST) on Friday.

RPI gets shut out, FlagDUDE wins the week. Tides go in, tides go out. Congrats to FlagDUDE for the weekly win and jumping into first place.

RPI was caught as off guard as we were by the Tuesday game. To be nice to us, no Engineers did anything useful. UNH, however, did not get the memo, as defenseman Dylan Maller (1-1–2; no one) and goaltender Daniel Tirone (SO; FlagDUDE08) led the Wildcats all the way to Hawaii.
The boys in cherry were at least able to break onto the scoreboard on Friday, with four eligible RPI skaters picking up 2 PtC points. Brady Wiffen (RPI fan 4 life, FlagDUDE08), Jacob Hayhurst (Ralph Baer), and Patrick Polino (no one) scored the three Engineer goals, while Charlie Manley (no one) tallied an assist. Unfortunately for us, the Sun Devils proved too great a challenge, as blue liner Nicholas Gushue (1-0–1; Ralph Baer, engineerhockeyfan, lugnut92, vizoroo) and winger Wade Murphy (1-1–2; FlagDUDE08) pushed them over the top for victory.
RPI was finally able to break through for a win on Saturday, backed by a stellar performance by <s>THE WRONG GOALIE</s>Cam Hackett (no one). Arizona State goalie Robert Levin (no one) also earned a quality start, but he was not your best choice at the position this week.
