Happy Holidays! I hope Santa gifts include a trip to Atlantic City for the RPI hockey team.

Santa already has that 'in the bag'. Happy hoidays to all-and a healthy and happy New year for everyone.

I might suggest you bring a can of pepper spray with you. Have you had your rabies shots?;)

I think I'll be all right - one girl wearing RPI red sitting with her twin sister hopefully won't provoke too much anger. She lives on the Women in Science and Engineering floor so I"ll be sitting only with friends of hers, not next to random students, since the WISE floor goes to the games together.

You don't quite understand this rivalry, do you... obviously the newer band members have doped you into thinking Union is our rival....

Re: RPI MMXI III: Overanalyzing The Iron Men and Other Uses of Internet Bandwidth

Not to mention the possible confusion between girls and dudes that look like me.

Re: RPI MMXI III: Overanalyzing The Iron Men and Other Uses of Internet Bandwidth

When I attended RPI-women were indeed a rare sighting on the RPI campus.

The girls on campus have become common place in the years since 1993 when I first visited.
And I must say, they get better looking every year.
Of course, that may just be me, as the older I get, the better looking all girls of college age.

MERRY CHRISTMAS everybody :) I'm off to my oldest sisters house where she, my brother-in-law...niece & husband (both Cornell 04) & niece's husband's parents are all Cornell people....now, should I wear my "home" RPI sweater or away...:D

"Away" seems more appropriate because you will be away from home. :)

I agree with you -- until I notice tattoos or piercings or hear them speak. Then sanity returns. :D

I have noticed the exact same thing-but only when I am out of view of Jenny.:) Back in the 60's I felt you had to do a chromosome test to determine if they were really female. Now there are no doubts in my mind. Oh to be 45 years younger and know what I know now!;)

Realet, I had a thought regarding the podcast: Suppose we had a question for one of your guests, but due to other obligations were not able to listen to the podcast live (I know, how dare us) and call in when the line is open. Is there an e-mail address where we would be able to send our question and have you ask it on the show?

Brick NJ-not finished with official measurements yet but looks like 34+ inches-we got the brunt of this one for sure. Looks like we will not be going anywhere soon-glad this did not occur just before the Princeton game or even worse the ECAC playoffs in AC. The entire Jersey shore is paralyzed and in a state of emergency.

Washington DC, three flakes on top of a quarter inch of salt on all of the roads. :D

Here there ain't anything on the road. However, if you factor in the wind chill, it's my definition of cold. ;)

I don't know if it was mentioned on here yet, but I noticed on the RPIAthletics.com website that there are game 4-packs available. Two options, either SLU/Dartmouth/Cornell/Princeton or CCT/Harvard/Brown/QPac.

I like the look of this deal (although I already have seasons). One thing I think should be brought back is the minipacks, where you pick 6 games and get it at a better price than individually. I think that would entice some of us that live a little further away to get 3 weekends and go down to Troy.
