Except it's not pronounced the way you think it's pronounced.

And you think that is really going to stop us?:D
Inigo Montoya: "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."

Probably we will be adding a "little" in front of it.;)

RB, surprised you didn't notice but the Dean of the ECAC Hockey writers, Ed Weaver, spelled Don Boyd's name...Dan Boyd. Donnie was a great Engineer. Believe he was in the line up for the first Engineer game I ever went to.
Speed reading will do that. ;) BTW, I don't know if Norm Bean should be included in that list since he played part of the time as a forward.

Don Boyd was smooth. (He was a dman on those 76/77 and 77/78 playoff teams. Dave Jack and Rick Marsh had solid 76/77 seasons on the blue line. Finally, a little dman depth for the Salfimen.) And for folks who like parallels, the 76/77 team took off at the Christmas Tournament when Ian Harrison became eligible <after his transfer from W Michigan> and provided solid play in goal. RPI in the mid/late 70's had no problem scoring... Barry Martinelli '76, Dino Serra '77, Pat Hahn '77, Don Armstrong, '78, Larry Landon '79, Steve Stoyanovich '80, Joe Ens '80) and we took off when we took care of business in our own end.

Tell him what he's won, Johnny! :D

Eh.... true, I suppose, but... holding fast to a position of ignorance for personal gain seems kind of like a Union thing.

Wasn't that something Benjamin Franklin said in Poor Richard's Almanac??

I really cannot believe this guy gets paid to write. What happened to the days when you had an editor look at articles before they were printed? If I was Weaver I would be ashamed to publish articles with all the typos he does on a weekly basis. I could see if it was once in a while but every article I read that this guy publishes has errors in it.

Hey Aspydad maybe you could get his job!

Here's an interesting trivia question which is going to take some time to answer (I think):

When was the last time an RPI player took a penalty shot at the Field House?? Bonus points if you can name the player (the player is even more difficult to answer). Good luck everyone. This is the men's team, so don't think women (at least in this case...!).

Marty O'Grady, December 2010.

You didn't say we couldn't include a shootout. :p
