I think we had several back in the early to mid 1960's at HFH. I remember the Smothers Brothers being there and several of the rock groups and folk singers of the time.![]()
It is my recollection that there were several every year. I think that there is a partial list in the blog that redaero mentioned recently.I think we had several back in the early to mid 1960's at HFH. Of course, this was before the whatever-the-heck-they-called-the-arena-in-downtown-Albany-at-whatever-time was built.![]()
it probably behooved the owners of HFH to sell to RPI.
Outstanding -- thanks for the heads up , much appreciated. If you 'd like to see Parker Reno play, Edina's game tonight against Lakeville South will be streamed for free at MN Hockey Center.
There will also be a few other Edina games streamed online for free this season by Fox Sports North.

When the Navy owned it.
If? Not When? ;-)... Even if we become a consistent NCAA tourney team, ...
I would love you to be right, but even under Harkness we weren't. We have never been to the tourney more than two years in a row. (Another reason to root against SCCC this year. If? Not When? ;-)

wouldn't that be 8pm EST?Greatly appreciated-tuning in for the 7PM start.
According to the current USCHO poll, six ECAC teams are in the top 20 (and another one, St. Lawrence, would be in the top 25). If RPI is to finish sixth or better in the league, they are going to have to climb over a pretty good team or two.
Can it be that the ECAC has gotten better while we weren't looking?![]()

Correct. See http://www.collegehockeynews.com/reports/standings-interconf.php. (The USCHO page for the same thing http://www.uscho.com/stats/interconference/division-i-men/2012-2013/ is aligned wrong with incorrect decimal fractions for each league-vs.-league record.)It could just be that we're all doing better with the non-con play this year. After all, we're 3-1-2 in NC play, and it's our conference play that has brought us down.
