I also noticed a good amount of NYers drafted, mostly Buf. Regals and a few players from Nichols. Hopefully SA can get his hands on some of them. A couple of the Regals players listed were in that article a few months ago that said RPI and a handful of other schools were interested. Patrick Polino who went #4 and Joey Palumbo at #54 are two of the names I remember seeing. Also keep an eye on F-Conor McGlynn who played this season for the Oakville Rangers Midgets and was a participant at the USNTDP camp a few weeks ago. He was picked 57th.

Someone asked awhile back if RPI ever had two recruits in the RBC at the same time. Nathan Marsters and Kevin Kurk were both on Bramalea's roster although Kurk didn't play. (He was added to the roster as an emergency goalie.)

On Wednesday, the Wellington Dukes defeated the Soo (NOJHL) Eagles 7-1. They are 2-0 in the round robin portion of the Dudley Hewitt Cup. Curtis Leonard had cross checking, high sticking, and interference penalties.

From a defenseman, a modified Gordie Howe Hat Trick (roughing after the whistle instead of a fight) is acceptable, but not 3 penalties.

It is April 21st and we still only have one qualified goal tender for next season. I have faith in Seth Appert and believe that we will have another goalie by September. My question is, if it was going to be Kasdorf, wouldn't you think that it would have been announced by now? The longer this goes on, the more I think that we will see a new name in the picture for next season. JMO
