I'm going to agree with you that we should not separate by year and just have an expected arrival column in the future. It's tough looking down to try to find Mike Zalewski (though I'd probably have to anyway because the likely sort would be alphabetical by name) in the 2012 area when based upon the RPI directory listing it sounds like he'll be here next year.

I intend to do it that way next season. I don't want to move people from one place to another based upon the lastest rumor, so the alternative was to believe CH's list as I have been doing.
