If SA and staff are smart they should be all over Calouf. He's every bit the player JL is and I dont think he went to Mexico for Xmas or played summer hockey with major junior guys.
Is hockey recruiting anything like celebrity scandles, "Where theres smoke theres fire." Time will tell!

You don't even bother if the kid hasn't been tested. You don't waste Monty's time. This ain't a business for guys in short pants.

Exactly, you don't waste anyone's time with an offer unless the kid has his ducks in a row.

This has to be a disappointing loss. A chance to move into a tie for first, and instead they're now four points back with just five games left.

With regards to JL, my blind faith says that he'll be in Troy next August, but I'm not going to lay any bets on it until his name shows up in the RPI directory.

The Vipers are real good and the Vees are pretty banged up -- I think they have had at least 3 forwards on the shelf. They'll have to get healthy if they are to make a deep run.

S-F posted a piece re: the Colts' Thurs. game...no rush guys, whenever you get around to it, reaally. :p

The Colts can't finish higher than third. Mentions among other things the goal scored by Ming with help from the Law Firm of Spink & Spink :D (wouldn't that sound great on the PA at HFH?)

Goalie Carr is due back this week...if he can regain his form, he should help the Colts make the playoff push. Also mention that the flu bug working its way through the team.
