I am thoroughly convinced that SA's goal is not just to win in "our league," and he doesn't believe that "three yards and a cloud of dust" or its hockey analog will do that.

I think you got it in a nut shell.

Defense was a real weakness this season, so an upgrade in talent and numbers is critical. Nobody mentioned Zarbo in that discussion. Did I miss his departure?
