I don't see it as anything more than a typo...but who knows.
Quinn certainly has the offensive skills, but I expect he'll remain on the blueline.

I originally thought typo too...but the names are listed in alphabetical order...

The names could have been alphabetized by someone who didn't know anything about the team.

I assume that you haven't heard that he had been switched to forward.

Correct. But at the moment I have not heard much of anything.

jerry D at 6 ft 210 in the article. last season he was listed at 5' 11" 190. Looks like he has added some muscle. Hope all the players are having this success with weights.

Ralph, It may be just my internet but i cant seem to get this link to work.
Also has anybody else heard anything about a video board being put in this year? All ive heard was what RHamilton said a ways back.
If we do get one, would it be hooked to RPI tv, like it was on the projected screen for a weekend last year? Would it have liable video replay?

It works for me, and I guess it works for Havasu M.

Folks need to enjoy JDA this season, as it might well be his last in Troy. :D

"...D’Amigo figures if he develops this season the way he did last, he might be ready for the NHL sooner rather than later...."

Earlier my internet connection was being shaky, it works now though. :)

Sorry -- I meant typo as in putting Quinn in the wrong category.

Any improvement on last year will make it very difficult for JA to remain in Troy.
He has size and his skating is much better than advertised. If he continues to get better, Toronto is going to want him in their system somewhere. :(

Could we change our name to the Rensselaer Maple Leafs? :D

I used to subscribe to USHR but stopped a year ago. So now I read it a few months late when it becomes free. The following is now free http://ushr.com/news/20100301. It mentions that the Ivies, as well as Clarkson, Merrimack, Vermont, RPI, and Canisius, are interested in Andrew Poturalski of the Nichols School.

stats in 08-09 as a Freshman http://www.hometeamsonline.com/team...SCHOOL&t=c&s=hockey&p=profile&playerID=100813

Edit: FWIW, Wayne Clarke is an AC at Nichols in Amherst, NY.

Poturalski was selected to attend the 2010 Boys Select 16 Player Development Camp held June 25-30 in Rochester. He earned a spot on the All-Star Team B.

Andrew was picked at #87 in Sioux city's USHL Futures Draft

Doesn't the HFH have to have reliable video replay for all games this season? I thought I had read that overhead goal cams and video replay was going to be mandated for ECAC games this season. Anyone have actual links / real knowledge?

The Engineers have won more recently than the Maple Leafs. Boom, perspective.

There is a video interview with JD'A dated 7/5/10 here http://mapleleafs.nhl.tv/team/console.jsp

He is also wearing #64 on today's prospect camp video.
