When, exactly? Yes, he's posted on here a few times, but has rarely even referenced the RIT v RPI game. There was a brief note of it being on the schedule back in April or May and another reference back in June to the schools' bands at the game last year... and that was it.
Stop trying to scare off "outsiders":p. All are welcome to post in "our" thread... as long as they're not an a**, of course. ;)

Not to mention, I didn't start the topic, so it's not like I'm hijacking the thread. ;)

I've been trying to read other threads a bit more often and find out more about other teams in other leagues in order to become more intelligent when it comes to college hockey. Why not choose one that isn't too far away from my stomping grounds? Yes you might see a snarky comment here and there, but it's all in good fun. I'm appreciative you guys stick to this site and don't go off to create your own.

We kind of tried that, but it never fully got off the ground. I still feel bad about that Komey.

Awww :( well looks like we also added a recruit today tho!

I'll assume this is his bio: http://www.nhl.com/ice/draftprospectdetail.htm?dpid=2759

Woodruff Hudson (8/10/1992), RW - a big kid at 6'2"" 204lbs. Apparently was the anchor of the offense at Milton Prep and was drafted to play for Indiana of the USHL this season. Was ranked #209 in the 2010 NHL Draft by central scouting, and was undrafted. In 2009-2010 season had a line of 27gp - 15g - 12a - 27pts - ?pim. Can't find antything about last season. One article talked about him being a "speedy" forward.

That would be ironic in a sickly perverted kind of way wouldn't it. At least he'd be ours and that alone would bring some honor back to the name and the number.:D:D

Unless Descoteaux gives it to him, he won't be wearing #2 :)

I have heard that his father is an RIT Alum, RIT hall of fame basketball player. Can't confirm because HOF website hasn't been updated in a couple years.

I love Green beans my friend, but not what they do to you.

It means I hate Niagara University and the Air Force Academy.

Cheers!!!

Yeah, they do a number on me. Contgrat's on your tickets, very lucky to live so close. I get to see them during BCW and when they come down to Waltham in January.

So, no roster on the schools website, when does anybody think there will be one?

It typically shows up early to mid September. I seem to remember something about having to have open tryouts - and RIT doesn't typically release a roster until after this.

Re: >>>>> RIT TIGERS - Offseason 2011 - Dreaming About 2011-2012 <<<<<

So I noticed on the RIT ticket sales site that the seating chart now shows the reserved seating area covering both corners on the south end, as well as the next section past the Tigers' entry tunnel. It sure would be nice if at least one of the 4 corners were available to general admission fans. We now have 2 (seemingly) reserved seating, one reserved for season tickets, and one for the Corner Crew.

I think the away team section should be turned into a more general admission section ;)

I think this is in response to increased demand, and is a sign of things to come. You now have to arrive by 5:45 PM or earlier for a 7:05 game to get the General Admission seats that you want. Otherwise you risk not being able to sit where you want to. This is just not practical for many fans.
