This was one of the games where should RIT win the regular season title, you look back and say this was a key point where we didn't play our best and still got a point.

RIT needs to keep getting points. With a possibly tired Air Force (they get a Sunday-Monday at Canisius, then turn around for Friday-Saturday @ RIT), I'm thinking this is a great opportunity to get at least a split.

Looks to be a road game for RIT next weekend out in Colorado.;)

AFA website shows the Friday game on the CBS Sports Network......CBS is listing the game as well.

Our schedule shows a 10:05 start - maybe CBS College sports wanted it an hour later to fit into their programming better.

Friday's game is at 10, Saturday's is 9. CBS has a game on just before ours so Mar would be correct.

Because of CBS' pre game, we're told that actual drop of the puck will be about 8:12 MT or 10:12 ET. Gonna be a long day -- Chris and I have to be at the ROC airport at 5 a.m.

At least you get to call two games while you're out there. Think how bad it'd be if this was a one-game weekend.

Time Warner just extended the free preview of the sports package, that includes CBS Sports Network, through Feb because there is still no agreement with MSG over the Sabres. So if you don't normally get CBS Sports Network (like me) you'll be able to see this Friday's game.

On a more general note about CBS Sports Network, I wish that it wasn't in some high priced or crappy sports package where I only want the one channel, especially I don't live in Rochester anymore. It doesn't matter for the AFA game since I will be there in person, but I see the channel in the guide and they are showing college hockey that I would totally watch but I can't because I don't get the channel. ESPNU is in a pretty basic package and it is a similar type channel, but I guess it comes with ESPN and their others.

I guess the in the end it just means Comcast sucks.

Yes, Comcast does when it comes to most sports programing but I get CBS College Sports on CHANNEL 261 under their digital package. No HD for it though, very sad!

Well I don't like the Sabres, so you won't find me agreeing with you there. I'd much rather be able to watch RIT on TV, as well as other intriguing matchups such as the Air Force vs Army games they had.

The package also includes the FCS channels which show WCHA and (sometimes) CCHA. FCS Atlantic also showed RIT@Army last year.

Just heard there is a blizzard hitting the Denver area. Did the team fly out yesterday? Hope they get there for tonight's game.

Team went out Thursday. Chris and Ed are on their way today. All are coming home on Sunday. Safe travels to all.
