We get the honor of being the first team to hand the Mercyhurst University Lakers a loss. Let's double the pleasure.

Doesn't matter what they call themselves, they still wear really bad colors.

Have the games sold out yet for Hurst?

As of late this morning, fewer than 150 tickets remain for both nights.

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make, but...
First of all, that isn't true. When the PSU D-I squad hits the ice, there won't be any club players on the roster. They'll probably be overwhelmingly young, but they will be D-I hockey players.
Second of all, even if it were a team with half club players, how is that any different than building from scratch?
Third of all, I was referencing a post about the new arena, not the team itself. That will be built from scratch.

Too add to this, there has already been a few transfers to Penn St from D-I colleges, I beleive we will see more this summer...

We are the new "U".

That's going to bump up tuition rates another 1% next year and that my friend will not sit well with the President! :D

Great game tonight the Tigers were ferocious. RIT can beat anyone when they play like that. Very impressed with Garbowsky, McGowan McReynolds line they are relentless. And Scott Knowles... Always gives 110% and he has delivered some if the most crushing hits I have seen in tigers hockey lately. Plays like he is 6-2 220. Watch him when he is out there he is sure to deliver a punishing hit.
