Evening Lodge!

Back home in CHY - actually caught all my flights this time.

It was -26 in Sioux Falls, and their airport is the loneliest place on earth.

Well, NMU is beating Clarkson 4-0 end 2. That should make numerous people in the lodge happy =]

SLU is down 1-0 to UNO after 1 on a PP goal.

No worries. We bought the parking pass this year so we can slide into a lot literally across the street from Ridder. Nice. :)

The people I go to games with park in the parking pass lot right across from Mariucci/TCF. Is that the same one?

Interesting thing I just learned. A friend of mine who works for Pinnacle was kicked off the approach on Christmas Day because of the declared emergency by NWA 253.

which buddy is this?

Maine hockey got canceled tonight, we're under a blizzard warning. It was just an exhibition against New Brunswick but its not every day that a game gets canceled. I remember one back in 93 against Northeastern and thats it

that's cause Maine is a vag state. :p

is this all part of the storm that won't stop? Its been 30 degrees and 30 mile an hour winds all day. Great day to be a kite... a cold one to be a human.

Yeah, its backing up, east to west, which is the 2nd storm this year to do that. Last one dumped 2 ft in northern Me, this time its coastal Maines turn.

clarkson fans are confusing... they come off as arrogant, but for the life of me i can't think of a single reason why they should do so

They typically have real good, tough teams, but last year and this year have been uncharacteristic. Last year was a case of "me's, not we's" and this year I think is a case of graduating a lot of good players, mainly their starting goalie. But yes, they typically are extremely overconfident and arrogant.

So far we have about 8", and it's been light snow all day. The heavy stuff is set to come tonight. We're supposed to also get wind gusts close to hurricane strength. Right now I look out towards the street light and it's snowing up. Good times.

SLU comes back to tie UNO, although they lose the tournament purposes only shootout 1-0. SLU is also undefeated in oh-10, against BC and UNO.

People actually go to Sioux Falls???

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 95: A USCHO Retrospective

I have relatives that live in Sioux Falls. Of course I think they are all from there. So it's not like they moved there willingly. :D
