I'm not sure what's wrong with me but NESN is replaying last night's game and I find myself sitting here watching. Maybe I'm a closet masochist.

I did manage to get som Christmas shopping done today. I should also start getting my tree up.

I tried a cup of hot chocolate (meh) but the gizmo is way cool. No more stressing when you have company and they want decaf, tea and coffee all at once.

Its a nice present, I was looking at one the other day thinking I could start drinking coffee again .

I am recording it. I wanted to record it yesterday, but sometime since the last time I tried recording something from DirecTV to my computer the video cable disconnected and all I got was the sound.

It was a rather weird game with two teams that are obviously fumbling around this season and finding novel was to mess up. As opposed to BU, however, RPI is definitely on the upswing this season, and if we can get healthy in the next couple of weeks, we may not embarrass ouselves in the GLI. (We do have a 6-3-1 lifetime record vs. Michigan to protect.)

I assume that BU is going to Troy next season. That should be a very entertaining game as both teams should be a lot better.

I assume that BU is going to Troy next season..

not safe to assume...depending on the order that may have been a return trip for our visit there last when your refs called 14 penalties on us to the handful on yours, and Seth made a great first impression but telling Jack, "thanks, but no thanks..." when JP called up to ask if they could exchange tapes to each prepare for the season opener.

plus we had StL ('08) visit with no return trip. and yale the same ('06).

I forgot about the tape incident. That was 06-07, SA's first season. I would think that was the end of the pervious exchange of games, but you could be correct.

St. Lawrence often goes to other places and doesn't get return visits. In the past 5 years or so I can remember going to Wisconsin for 2, Mich for 2, Mich st for 2, BU, among some others where they didn't come to Appleton. Usually we'll play UNH every other year at Appleton, but they didn't play this year. I think the last big team to come to Appleton on a return visit was probably NoDak in 01 or 02.

BTW my saturday morning was extraordinary ****ty thanks to my mom. Who had invited me to Houghton for my sisters graduation, then preceded to jump down my throat for any "wrong" I might have done, as well as a plethora of other fun things. Such as the fact that I apparently did not have a ticket to get into the goofy thing. She also thinks I got extraordinarly drunk, even though at most I had a shot of permafrost, a cup and a half of beer, and a rum/diet coke. (Spread out from about 5pm to 1am)

I'm really sick of her passive aggressive bull****.

I don't think your schedule will allow this. You have 3 straight home weekends against Anchorage, Mankato and Duluth. There has to be 6 points in there somewhere.

Sounds delicious. I had a honey bourbon chicken from Quizno's, which kind of sucked. My turkey and swiss on whole wheat at lunch was way more filling.

So this was one of my more interesting weekends to date.
Thursday night, I drove PB, Brent, MNS, and Shirtless to the bar, got pulled over in the Yooper Loop/YLPOSAI.
Once they returned @ 2, I began playing catch up, stayed up til 4, and proceded to puke (apparently), and slept on PB's futon and refused to get in bed.
Woke up at noon yesterday, did this that and the other thing, then watched my team play a terrible game. (Shocker). Then I brought them to the bar, killed time at the sorority, and picked them up. Bbdl and PB agreed to come to a frat party with me. Stayed for a few, tried to hook bbdl up with two of my sisters, then we brought PB home. Bbdl and I drove around for awhile and returned to a livid PB who no longer wanted to date me. (Overreaction=now known as a PB). He ended up puking approximately 9 times.
Don't we make a great couple?

bbdl & shirtless, guess I didn't mind you guys either.
OH! And I tailgated with the Gopher fans, and they're actually kinda cool.
