I'm sipping some Bailey's and coffee (more Bailey's than coffee ). My roommate and I just finished decorating our apartment and it's... well, certainly unique.

The year I turned 30 was by far the worst year of my life. At times I wish I could go back and change things but then I wouldn't be where I am today. Things happen for a reason.

A small trouble is like a pebble. Hold it too close to your eye and it fills the whole world and puts everything out of focus. Hold it at a proper distance and it can be examined and properly classified. Throw it at your feet and it can be seen in its true setting, just one more tiny bump on the pathway of life.

*nothing really stands out for me from 30y-0d to 30y-364.99d oh wait. tyler was born for the last month of that 'year'. that was decent i guess

Update: I guess my dad is in the OR now, the wooshed him in. My mom is there and giving me updates, she things it will be a couple of hours before he pops back out.

Finally spoke to my brother for the first time in months; found he moved to Winter Park, FL, and is working for Wolverine (the shoe company). My family is relieved to know he's doing well and we're hoping he comes home for Christmas.

No. No one in the FOH had anything to do with that. Terrier Pride arranged that and slapped our name on it. Took them long enough to get it out. I've been asking about it since September. They sent us the email and thankfully I caught it before it went out as there were two typos in it.

What part of "No one in the FOH had anything to do with that" wasn't clear? Terrier Pride controls that. They never shared anything with us, let us make recommendations, nothing. I suppose we should be lucky they let us see the email 10 minutes before it went out.

I mentioned it at the beginning of the year and Kathi told me she still had boxes and boxes of the car decals that had been around forever. And then out of the blue, the TP folks sent her more boxes of new car decals. No one asked Coach or anyone on the board. They just made them and sent them to the hockey office. She couldn't believe they just made them without saying anything.

what decals? the same "friends of BUHockey" that we get every year? does the "new" mean new old ones? or a new design?

if there are so many, put two or three in the envelopes that are sent out with the thank you letter and foh card. (of course i have yet to get mine )

we had to make donations before 10/31 to get points this year... so it's been about a month

i have gotten the tax form and the development thank you letter.

thanks. i'd be pumped to get my hands on those old window decals. (or heck, any w/o the 'terrier pride'. this is BU Hockey! (to quote b.corbett ))
