Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 86: Noobs, Halloween, and Pumpkins, oh my!

An aunt, to whom my wife was very close, died last night after a lengthy illness. Funeral arrangemnets are still pending, but we're likely headed to the Phoenix area later this week.

:( Sorry to hear that, all the best to the Shots.

(This goes out to you, too, Monster, in regards to the dog.)

There's a World Series of Beer Pong. :)

 I want in!! :)

'Evening, Lodge. It was a long, rough day. Found out that I have to sink $120 in to a new muffler and some exhaust system repair. Ugh. I need a drink.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 86: Noobs, Halloween, and Pumpkins, oh my!

Does that mean what I think it means? :(

I'm betting it does, sorry to hear it Monster :(

Yep, he's now resting in a nice spot in one of mom's flowerbeds. He was pretty lucky he lasted as long as he did. He was a pup born to our dog that we had to put down earlier this summer and he was born, hypercelphic, so we ended up keeping him. Growing up, he was never really all that graceful, that and there was about a year where Zack and the other dogs used his ears as chew toys. But he usually seemed happy for the most part.

Prayers for all your losses.

And apparently Scarlet has been following the UND/MN thread on D1. She just made an appearance.........so to speak.

What - the two you finagled from Coach Parker weren't enough?? Yeah, I'll bring the one I had for you. Where do you sit again? I couldn't find you at the game on Tuesday. Which was a lousy start to what was supposed to be my Best Birthday Week Ever. Could get worse if hottie bartender is not there tomorrow.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 86: Noobs, Halloween, and Pumpkins, oh my!

@Bob - I briefly considered doing that as well as my phone number.
Hey, it's a great song. Reminds me, I should listen to that CD tomorrow morning.

Evening Lodge. Had to take another dog to the Vet today. He just didn't have controll of his bladder anymore and really wouldn't be able to stay outside most of the day on the porch soon. Mom didn't really want to have to spend all winter cleaning up after him.
:(

Sorry for both of your losses.

If you can come to the lower peninsula tomorrow, this is where I'm going tomorrow night for dinner and beverages. You're more than welcome to join me.

Diva, be sure to check the NMU thread. You might wanna have your sister pick you up one. Especially if it turns out to be a jinx. :o

What are you talking about??

EDIT: Oh, now that's just mean. I'd expect that from the school up US-41, but not GV...

That would be awesome. In the mean time, a nice New Glarus took some of the edge off.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of it. Too much of a reminder and locker room material to NMU. Not to mention a shirt like that's probably only going to be worn once maybe, and then if its lucky, it gets warn again when somebody needs to paint a room. And I don't believe its even for a good cause, like our Battle of the Valley shirts. Should be selling it for more like 10 bucks, not 15. But I digress.....

Sorry to hear it, Shot. Thoughts and prayers for you and Mrs. Shot.

So I checked our list of second sites for me to move to today...and it looks like St. Cloud is off the list. :(

I may be the only person in the world who would be disappointed about that.

You would be correct.

Maybe you shouldn't be, unless you're starting to worry about getting Brokeback Mountained out there in Wyoming. Then again, St. Cloud might not be much better...;) http://www.stcloudstate.edu/athletics/sports/wrestling/story.asp?pubID=47&issueID=24937&storyID=29902;) :D
