I did!

So, as of now, my flight is still on schedule. But, the flight my friends are on that was scheduled to depart at 11:15 has been delayed to 1:30. Waiting to see if my flight gets delayed.

Teaching clinical today and the maintenance guys come in to tell us one of our cars is up to the doors flooded. Nice guys. They move it for the gal. Little leaking thru the bulkhead but nothing disastrous. THe rain was ridiculous. Standing water a few inches deep then sun by 2p. :eek:

So earlier I said that my wife bought us (me) a half-season ticket package for SCSU games this year. She just sent me an email to let me know that we were selected as the season ticketholders of the game for December 8. That was unexpected.

International travel is starting to build up in Q4...I like the bunches of skymiles, but this time of year is a big challenge for travel...

I was offered a job in the north metro, but I had to turn it down. The benefits did not justify changing jobs. I would still spend the same amount in gas monthly.

Apparently, the director of marketing (my boss's boss) at my current job was trying to dig into the reason why I was asking about references on a professional network. That made for a fun conversation with my boss this morning. She had to talk to HR before addressing it with me. IMO, it is no one's business until I make a decision and address it. I like what I currently do. I saw an opportunity that I had to look into, otherwise I could have missed an amazing opportunity.

Ugh, I hate it when that happens! A few years ago, I got ratted out by an HR rep who was too friendly with my vice president, when I asked for a copy of my NDA & NCA. It was total BS.

I still want it, not sure when we'll get together though.

Yeah, Russia is in November now, and I might have to go to Buenos Aires the week before Russia for quick couple days.

Your beer is safe and sound in my fridge. I even insta-transported it to a cooler when at Forager, given the styles. ;)
