Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #187: Lazy End Days Of Summer

Good Morning Lodge.

At the HHT and *politics table this morning. Also rode the bike to work this morning. Beautiful morning for it, but I need better lights for the bike.
With you on the * politics.

I didn't watch the debate but I read the transcripts with the fact checks. I continue to be astonished (I know I should not be) at the lack of accountability and the ability on both sides for people to dismiss some really scary things. .

Good morning Lodge. Roll call on people working today? ::raises hand::

I drove in. If this was what the commute was every morning, I'd spend the money to park and drive in daily. Fourteen minutes from pulling out of my parking lot to pulling into the garage I parked in. I feel most people I know are working today so why are the roads so empty?? We have a site visit at a school in Brookline to an event we're sponsoring next month. That's at 3pm, so I'm going to drive home from there.

no meters today. scarlet could have parked on the street for free :)

I know, but I would've had to be in town by, like, 7:00am to get one. Scarlet is not a morning person. :) Plus, I can expense my parking today because it's work-related! A win/win for me!

Also mookie - you've been called out on the D1 board - folks wanting you to create the HEA OOC thread like last year. Get on that, would ya???

Good Morning, Lodge!

Going to Prescott, then to Eden Prairie for a sign install. Excited about the install as I get to see all my work finally completed.

Good Morning Lodge.

Giving a noon presentation at an architect's office on the energy code. Obligatory hockey reference: there will be a WCHA ref in attendance.

Always enjoy a work and hockey overlap.
One of my suppliers is a former AHA ref. Sometimes my job involves yelling at a ref. It's fun to talk hockey with him.

Also visited a supplier in New Hampshire and met someone who posts regularly over on the women's side of USCHO.

It doesn't matter how the presentation goes, the WCHA ref won't see a thing.
