Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #186: Summer Heat

I am not sure what is going on with our company nationally, but found out that pretty much EVERY decent-sized building is getting enough business to put them anywhere from 10-25% over capacity for the staffing they have. It's insane. We even had some sales people help out today, due to volume, and still didn't get out until about 2 hours after normal. We're running about 15% over capacity this week.

Not through my particular door, dunno about the main building. ;)

Lots of Georgia Pacific and Kimberly Clark, though, where I am at.

Georgia Pacific's quality of their paper products sucks. That is all.

Good morning Lodge peeps. Heading out this morning for the final three stops on this office tour I've been managing since August 2015. Kinda sad to see it end.

First trip with my TSA pre-check and no lie, the line was longer than the regular security line. It moved faster though, which was great. Put my stuff on the belt, didn't have to remove my laptop or liquids or take off my shoes. Great! Then I beeped going thru the metal detector. Had to wait to go thru that scanner. The guy ahead was taking forever. I counted 11 people that went thru just while I was waiting. I go thru that scanner thing then have to have someone check me out. It was my Fitbit. Which I've worn more than once going thru regular security with no problem and my headband which I've worn practically every time I've flown. So much for making it security fast. I'll remove my Fitbit next time.

Good Morning Lodge.

We got the random draw pre-check both ways on our trip to SF a few weeks ago. But I have the titanium ankle so I had to change lines and go through the other scanner. Was still faster for us.

The Lass has not had a problem at airports with her bionic ear. We had TSA pre check once and she didn't have any issues.

Just started looking at the away trip my friends and I are going to go on this year. We considered Arizona, but that's a long way to go for just one game, and Gutterson Fieldhouse (Vermont) is towards the top of my list of rinks I want to see that I haven't been to yet. So, end of October we're going to Vermont and Dartmouth. Should be a fun trip.
Well, what do you know? I'll probably see you there! We're living in Northfield, VT now, where I work at Norwich U.
The (first and) last time I saw you was Oct 2009 at the Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, Alaska!
I haven't decided if we'll go to UVM Friday or Dartmouth Saturday (it's one or the other), but I'm leaning toward Dartmouth because I know I'll see Gutterson a lot while I'm assigned here (with all the Hockey East games there).
There won't be any young AF guys staring at you & your friends all game this time, but at least I'll be able to introduce you to my family!
