How many miles do you ride in a day usually?

You asked a math question? ;)

I don't ride every day. It depends upon many things. The most that I have gone this year is 119 miles. The most ever was above 130.

Yikes. That is a lot

(you notice I didn't do the math, I asked)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #186: Summer Heat

It was Anti-Tuesday for me. The weekly big order that comes in, came in early today, while my co-worker was still there, so he covered all other orders while I worked on this one (and saved me an extra hour at the end of the night). Also, business was WAY slow, left on time from my building. Perfect! Why? I only had tonight or tomorrow to cash in a coupon for a free pizza at church. Don't really feel like getting to church after a 9 hour day at work, you know? So free dinner and lunch tomorrow! Huzzah!

Have my first 1:1 with my boss in over a month. She's on a tear about merchandise inventory and even though I've put plans into place and received info, she still seems to go around me to get answers. It's not a quick and easy answer. I hate when she gets like this. Though, I could be reading her wrong. My anxiety stems from the fact that I'm out Thursday/Friday this week, traveling Thursday-Wednesday starting next week, in the office for 2 days and then on vacation for a week. She wants answers to stupid things too quickly and then I can't do my regular work. I need to stop venting.

It was Tuesday..

So one interesting thing with the new office. It's not yet complete, maybe 90% or so. And much of the remaining 10% is being executed by the company owners. One of the partners is currently welding frames for tables for the new training room (where I get to put on probably the first session on October 11). Another partner is busy finishing reclaimed wood for those table tops. A big group of staff and partners was out moving mulch around the landscaping yesterday. Very interesting process.

It reads like you're working for a firm filled with all WPoS.

Especially since it's a bunch of cake eaters.

Good morning Lodge.

Only one other cake eater. Although there is Jefferson grad and they could fall in that category. I looked at the welds and it's clear it was done by a hobbyist and not a pro. The woodwork though is very well done.

For the first time in years, there's good news on the college hockey realignment front. :D

Well that's pretty cryptic, at least to a guy who hasn't been around since April.
What news from the Mark?

(That's a movie reference that you should understand, wT.)

I am now in place in my new job at Norwich U, so I get to see mountains for three more years, and some quality D-III hockey! And UVM and Dartmouth are each only 45 minutes from my house as well, so D-I is accessible, as well.
This boreal forest I do deeply dig.
