Liquor stores are closed. You can buy growlers and such from breweries and taprooms tough.

This. It's really stupid, although support for Sunday sales grows each year. Talking with one of the brewers from LTD a couple weeks ago, he knows that Sunday sales will probably hurt his business, but he doesn't care. He wants the law changed; kudos to that kind of attitude.

So it turns out that my orthopedic clinic has urgent care available on the weekend. When I arrived, I was the only person in the waiting room so I made it into see a doctor very quickly. Nothing broken, and my symptoms don't lead them to think that I re-tore my labrum. That caused the doctor to think it's an AC joint strain, based upon my description of the fall and everything else he said. It'll be a week of Netflix and chill for me, only it'll be the PG version of that, not the fun sort.

Mookie drove into eastie to pick up take out from D'parma.

Good Morning Lodge.

Well, that was exciting. I was the first one in the office today for the first time ever and I managed to trip the alarm. I either didn't punch my number in correctly or was not firm enough on the key pad. Cops were never dispatched though before I reached ADT and finally got it shut off. Dam it's LOUD. The guy who always beats me in is out of town.

Well, sounds like we name our arch rivals old scraps our head coach today. Not crazy about this decision, especially with a few others who applied, but aren't public knowledge.

I swear, trying to explain taxes to some people is like teaching Driver's Ed to Stevie Wonder. Good grief.

Weird, the old guy was struggling with technology this morning.;) That happened to me once at the Golf Club. Usually someone from maintenance is there to open things up. Immediately got a call and things were good to go, but that'll definitely make sure you're awake and ready for the day!

What really stinks is our phone system. To dial out of the building, you have to dial "9" then the full area code, which obviously starts with "1." Someone didn't think ahead enough to realize that "911" would be called on accident, more than a few times.

My old work installed a new phone system. Same problem. 911 was called within the first hour. They changed it to dial 8 first
