Going to the Twins game today. I can handle heat, but not the humidity.

I had my games mixed up. Last night we were in section 132. Good seats but hot. No breeze goes through that section. We had friends in 122 and they had sweatshirts on towards the end as the wind was really blowing. Today we are behind twins dugout. It's probably going to be on the nasty side.

My seats are way up in the nose bleeds on the first base side. I am always in the shade. Stay cool today.

Finally joined the last decade and got an MP3 player. Walked in, said "MP3 player that has NOTHING to do with Apple or iTunes." The clerk slowly nodded, as if he completely understood why I said that. :D Spending the afternoon figuring this thing out and what it can and cannot do, besides play my music.

Figured I needed one for my upcoming Houghton trip. Easier than burning a few cds/finding a radio station that's good. This one has 16GB, so it holds a LOT of songs.

I have to admit, I get questions: wait, you like punk AND the Dead? I don't get it.... :D

There's a certain punk band, The Queers, who are SPECIFIC in their hatred for Deadheads. I didn't know this, and wore a Dead hat to their concert. Ran into more than a few people in later years that remembered that. "YOU'RE THAT GUY!" Yeah. :o

Checked out a cathedral carved out of a former salt mine today. It was pretty sweet. Posted pics on Facebook for those that are on there.

THAT sounds awesome. I am looking forward to checking out the churches in Calumet when GPL heads up there. Breezed by them previously (you were with, along with BPH, etc).
