Cheer up, the worst is yet to come
Good morning Lodge.
Pup is doing great as far as I can tell. We are still trying to limit his activity but he seems normal. He has check up Monday morning so we might get some info. He has an X-ray scheduled in a couple weeks and that will be the big indicator.
Took the family (the g family, my mom , my brother and niece and nephew) to a Drive In last night. 8 tickets and a bunch of snacks and beverages and I spent less than $100.00 on everyone. We arrived 2 hours before show time. We hung out and talked and played catch as did several other people. We had a blast.

Good morning Lodge. Happy 4th of July! Long day yesterday/last night and back at it today. I was planning to be onsite between 9:30-10:00 but I can get there a little later. It's cloudy today. I'm good with that, as long as no rain. Great show last night. I'm so bummed this is the last year we're doing this.

Had a good family meal for the holiday/niece's bday celebration. Hung out with my bro and we had a couple beers after everyone else left. He may or may not get involved with a woman he met a couple weeks ago. This is the first time he's thought about dating since his wife passed a couple years ago. Still kind of figuring everything out, and given my recent situation with these things (when kids are involved), talked about that stuff.

I was at the St. Paul Saints game tonight. The Saints Rick Rolled us. Also, the Twins could learn some things from the Saints on how to engage their fans and make the game worth attending - especially true with how bad the Twins have been in recent years.

The Twins won tonight! World Series, homeboy! And IIRC, Pelfrey is now 37-2 when having a 3 run lead!
But the Saints do baseball right, for promos. And Bill Murray still shows up now and again, given the fact he still owns part of the team.

There has been a haze here in 320ville all week. On Friday it was bad. It made for some awesome sunrises and sunsets but that's about it.

Good morning Lodge. The Fourth is over for another year. And sadly, it was my last year working on this event as we're not sponsoring it any more. So I was little sad last night. It's such a fun and wonderful event. Fourth of July is my absolute favorite holiday and working on this event has been one of the most favorite parts of my job. Heading to a friend's today for a cookout and pool time. I'm off tomorrow and think I'm going to go to the beach. Supposed to be sunny and hot.
