Harvey Korman

But only with Tim Conway.

Finally home - yay! Cab from the airport takes the Ted Williams tunnel. Idiot. Added time. Then my exit was closed so I had to direct him another way. Could've probably been home 15 minutes before I actually walked in the door.

Then I checked my voicemail. I've been waiting to get my front window/balcony door replaced. I was hoping to have it done either tomorrow or Friday this week since I'm home. I talked to the window guy on Wednesday after asking about those two days, he called me, left me a message that they could do Saturday. I called to confirm and we talked about how I was leaving on vacation the next day, how Saturday would work, how I was going to see Madonna that night, etc. I came home to three voicemails - he showed up last Saturday. Jeez. I did call him tonight and they're coming this Saturday now.

Me too, Ralph. It's been a long, crazy night. Learned what a "bolt" is when it's placed by neurosurgery. Let me tell you - the things we can do to the human body to keep it alive are amazing...don't sign me up for any of them.

that is scary shi7. Richard Cranium's wife had that placed when she had her bleed. Kept her alive.

Good Morning Lodge.

He's somewhere between Chris Rock and Carlos Mencia...:p
Way closer to Mencia. I think he's pretty funny to 14 year old boys who like fart humor.

Jr started the fall trap season last night and shot his first ever 25 of 25 targets so he gets a patch for his shooting vest for that. He's had a couple 24s before but this is his first 25. My boss at the former employer has been shooting in leagues for many years and has never hit a 25.

Just got done talking to a new contractor. Have done a bunch of digging on him already, and have found no issues. Earlier this week he came out and looked at the house while I was working, to see what needed to be done, and get me a quote. He confirmed my suspicions that the first contractor was not doing the work the right way, and he said he'd have to re-do some of the existing work, which I had kind of expected. The quote he gave me is about what I expected to fix this mess, so overall, good news on that front.

congrats to Jr!

582.8 miles to go.
I thought you were decreasing the length of these rides. Refuse to to the real math but it looks like you are doing the same thing to me.

Lil is running in a huge meet tomorrow in Boston (Coast to Coast XC meet). Very exciting!

3 day weekend, I have some things I have to do, and other things I want to do. Hopefully everything comes up Milhouse. And of course, OC on Sunday. Can't miss church. ;)

That ride was 78.0 miles. The previous one was 80.6. I am also not decreasing them uniformly. I haven't done a century ride since mid-August.

This is my first normal length weekend in a month. It sucks. But at least we're going to Milwaukee to see Garth this weekend.

Apparently I'm starting off with lunch at New Bohemia (which is one thing I wanted to do) with Dillo. That's a good start.

That is indeed a good start. I just found out via the interwebs that Hofbrau House in Milwaukee (a block from the arena) currently has 50% of liters of bier after 5PM. Maybe we'll have just enough time...

There you go.

On the way back, if you have time, stop at the Greenbush Bar in Madison. EXCELLENT pizza, and they have Pappy.

Madison isn't on the way back, it's out of the way, and we'll have Beau. I'll get there sometime.

Ah, ok. I HAVE heard good things about the Hofbrau House, just never have been.
