Actually, Pizza Hut's dough arrives at their stores as pre-formed frozen discs.

Pizza Hut is done within 5 years, IMO.

Having said that, I prefer to buy more local for pizza. Around here, Sarpino's is good (a smaller chain), and Pizza Luce is also good although a bit pricey.

I hate it when companies try to modern up instead of being better at what they do... McDs gets roundhoused because they aren't themselves anymore... yeah, the popularity of other things have picked up... but that didn't mean you had to suck in the meantime.

I ought to do this one of these days... not so much costco but I haven't had a supermarket frozen pizza in a long time. Not quality by any means but they tend to have their own niche.

These various companies, like McD's and Pizza Hut, were asking their customers what would get them in the doors more often - especially the Millennials as they're of the age where those companies traditionally thrived. The Mills said that they wanted better quality/sourced food and more varieties of it. Both companies took that advise and ran with it. Now both companies are hurting from it because even though the Mills want those things, they can't afford them so they go back to the cheaper, basic items on the menu.

Is CiCi's really a place? I thought that was just a joke come group was putting on for cable TV commercials. It just sounds... wrong.

I have a tech question that I am hoping one of you can answer.

I am thinking about getting rid of Dish TV. The g family doesn't watch much tv so things like Netflix or Hulu are not super appealing right now. We watch sports. So......I have been thinking about getting Apple TV and then purchasing MLB TV or NHL Center ice. The issue with those products are the blackout restrictions for home games. My question is.......are these smart DNS applications such as Unlocator the fix? If so, is there one product that is the best quality and best price?

That's probably better asked in the NHL thread. A few of those guys in that thread seem to have info like that really dialed in.

The Twins are on Fox, so they will have a local live stream possibly as soon as next season on Fox's platforms. So you may not have the need for DNS masking.

Had a coupon for a free CiCi's pizza...I should have eaten the coupon. Little Caesar's blows CiCi's out of the water. With ease.

Pizza Hut is the worst of the big 3, and it ain't close.

I don't even think Godfather's exists anymore. The last one I knew about is now the New Bohemia in Golden Valley.

For frozen pizza, I haven't had one in I dunno how long. I don't eat them at home. However, Totino's Party Pizzas were always a classic.

Still have a Godfathers in my hometown. It become a bit of tradition for our deer hunting party to run into Godfathers for the lunch buffet one day during the deer season. Best thing at Godfathers is the taco pizza.
