Some top-notch BBQ, a beer pilgrimage, maybe a bonfire, and some live music. Yeah, this is going to be a fun Saturday.

And Mr. Wonderful (is that really how he refers to himself??) was talking about the best bar he's been going to is going there on a Sunday afternoon to watch the Patriots but you can't reserve a seat. My friend who I used to go there weekly with texts me about the show and said she told her husband how funny it was that a billionaire who's been going there for 20 years can't get a reserved seat at the upstairs bar but that I could. Heh.

Having a fun weekend here with my mom. The pasties from class are delicious. We're having the potato and onion knish for breakfast.

Went out for breakfast and then got my hair cut. Now for grocery shopping.

I need Hammer's shovel for a few minutes. Landed here in NO with four of my co-workers. For some reason we all decided to take one cab even we were at three hotels. I am in the furthest away hotel so got dropped off last. It was $14/person and then I had to pay the fare from the second drop off to my hotel. Almost $100. JFC. I check in, I ask about wireless. She says its $12.95/day per device? WHAT???? I'm sorry but that's highway robbery and should be illegal. That said, once I got in my room and set up my laptop it said it was up the three devices. Which is much better. I shipped a box of 10 autographed soccer balls, plus tshirts and Olympic pins to be used at the booth. I shipped it on the 21st using UPS 3-day. Was on schedule to arrive yesterday. Never arrived. Head to my room to track. It says In Transit but no other info. I call UPS and they tell me it's missing. What does that mean??? They said they can't start investigating till Monday because they're closed Sunday. Um, what? No they're not. I need them by Monday at 10. I should just stay in tonight. Or go to Bourbon St and pound down some Hurricanes.

sounds like a good day... I haven't done much today. Posted to my blog with regards to last weekend's brewery visits. Went to a beer festival run by a local brewpub... about a mile and a half from my apartment. Lot of local breweries out there... many had reps or had owners or brewers on site.

Other than that... the usual run of dealing with the anxiety condition.
