Good evening Lodge.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #176 -- it's Mookie's world, we are just living in it

Greetings Lodge. Would appreciate a few positive thoughts tonight. My dad fell while out walking late this afternoon at the high school track and got knocked out. Thankfully someone saw and called 911. They're keeping him overnight as he didn't remember it. My mom said he's doing OK and not to worry or head up there.

I was at work till 6-ish - had a meeting with my account person who does our Team USA merchandise. We went out for a dinner afterwards even though I was marinating chicken to cook tonight. It'll keep. Not in the mood to make my lunch tonight. Will try to do that in the morning.

Best wishes to Papa Scarlet. Hits to the head are scary.

Morning.

Already June! My 1st anniversary is in August. Time is flying by.

Good Morning Lodge.

Surprised by all the people on FB who were at the Stones last night. Sorry I couldn't make it. Mrs and I went to the Steel Wheels tour way back when in the Dome. Wish I could have taken Jr, but it's finals week for him, he has three more today and while they are easier ones, he still needed his rest. Plus last night was fun night at the trap range with his team and he did have fun.

Hope your Dad is OK Scarlet.

I don't think I saw a single post about it last night. Maybe none of my people on facebook like the Stones. I wouldn't have minded going, but didn't want to spend the money, and then I was in Indiana yesterday, and I was fine with just staying at home last night. In the end, I would have been there for the novelty of it, not because I'm a fan, so it wasn't a must-see for me. I mean, its not like it was King George.

Did you get your question, that you emailed me about earlier this week, answered?

The starting price for tickets on the secondary market was $280 for an outdoors stadium concert in the rain. Parking started at $25, some places were getting as much as $100. * that. June concerts held outdoors in Minnesota are just begging for rain; it's our wettest month of the year.

Like goldy, I saw the Stones back on the Steel Wheels tour. Once was enough for me, and I am a fan. Saw them on AXS channel a year or two ago, and was disappointed at the falloff they've had (even considering the passage of time).

I did get my answer. The guy you connected me with was great! The Owner had messed up the model number but Mike figured it out before I found the corrected one for him (I actually had a clear picture of the nameplate among the shots I had taken but I never checked it against the number the Owner gave me :o). I now need to get Cat/Ziegler to give me similar data for their gen-set located in that room. I went to the site yesterday to find the real numbers for that set.

Awesome. Glad I could help.

Unexpected recognition awards are always a fun way to start your day. :)

Update on Dad - they're running a couple more tests this morning so he's not getting out of the hospital till early afternoon. My mom says he's fine, my brother said he's in good spirits. His memory of falling is coming back, I think they want to do a CT scan to rule out a possible mini stroke, juuuust to be safe. He's got a lot of little cuts on his face and hands from when he fell. And apparently he dislocated a finger, which the doctor pulled and reset. It happened during school hours right outside my niece's Spanish class. She and her classmates all saw that an ambulance had come for someone but she had no idea it was him.
