I confirmed that I'm flying to Pittsburgh this summer. It'll be my first commercial flight in 12 years and I'm not looking forward to dealing with the airport stuff.
Wear your Wings stuff.

Since we're on the topic of flying, how's Vegas for flying in and out of since I'm going there for work Thursday.
No clue. About 15 years ago I flew there a few times a month and back then it was a piece of cake.![]()
Double check how far in advance you need to be at the airport, I seem to recall (Delta at least) requiring one to be at the airport 2 hours prior.
Bring some small bills and make a few pulls on the slots.Since we're on the topic of flying, how's Vegas for flying in and out of since I'm going there for work Thursday.

IIRC, worst odds. Why? Because what else is there to do at the airport but gamble?
Yup. I've heard as low as 85% return on slots at McCarran.
Stick to plain old blackjack. Avoid most of the "Super Happy Fun Flaming Can't Bust 21" type games with wacky rules - most of them end up giving the house an edge.
Try craps if you're comfortable playing (just playing the pass line is adequate, most other bets are sucker bets.)
Video poker is okay IF AND ONLY IF you play flawlessly - research strategy online. Rule of thumb is always hold a pair over anything else, don't hold any kickers, just the pair. MAYBE break up a pair for 4 to a flush or better, but that's it.
Roulette is meh, you can do better with respect to house odds.
Avoid slots unless you're killing time, burning off change, or hunting for comps.
