Relax Scarlet, after reviewing the rankings and this weekends' results, I gave BU's road win over Maine dues in the Tech thread. I'm sure you'll be #1. :p

That cough was because I thought you forgot about us. :) I don't think we should be. We only played one game. I think Tech should be #1. Polls/poles/pohls need to recognize the undefeated record now.

Happy Sunday folks. Kind of a gray chilly day. I need to drag myself out and do some food shopping this morning.

So in 8 days, my wound has gone from 5cm deep to 1.5cm. However, I can totally see this lasting until early next week and then I face flying around Thanksgiving. Not very enthused about that idea.

Light dusting of snow on the ground in the North Country this am. Is it time to go back to 70-80 degree Florida yet?

*HT and *expensive fundraiser table. We bid on a number of items early figuring someone would outbid us. On 3 items no one did. :o

At least we didn't get into it at the live auction part. There were a couple of items that went for $10K and then some folks in the "give till it hurts" part just gave $13K each (cost of one year's tuition). They were shooting for $100K.

Went to few of those mind boggling events at STA. Amazing....

Good Afternoon Lodge

Well what exactly did the cake eater win? :p

I bid on a miniature red and white (BSM colors) Christmas tree that came with a $50 Target card, bid $50 so I got the tree for free. Mrs bid $400 on a (supposedly) $950 compact stereo and won it. I bid $100 on some ski lessons valued at $250 and won it, I intended them for Jr but fine print says over 18, I hope they'll relent for 17.5 years old. Includes lift tickets so if I can find someone who can use it, it's a good deal. So $550+ drinks and original tickets. At least I didn't rent a cabin for a week for $7500 like someone did. Bid on a bunch of dinning gift cards and bottles of wine but was outbid on all the rest.

At the airport early. No line this morning...surprisingly. Usually Monday mornings are bad.

Woke up to a mostly white ground. 3-5 inches predicted by the chosen ones who pick forecasts out of a hat. Meanwhile, 82 at my house today.

Let's agree to disagree.

I prefer No wind cause it keeps the rain airborne and away from Mookie on the grounds

I prefer no wind as well because it's difficult to walk here downtown with an umbrella when you have to use it as a shield or have it destroyed and you get soaked. That's why I said it's worse than just 35deg and rain and cold. Duh.
