This whole gmann live reporting from the lake and now it's a big rescue on TV thing is unbelievable.

My squirts played the game of their lives Saturday in the district semis against the #1 team. 1-1 after 1; 2-2 after 2; the bad guys got a late one with 2 minutes left in the game, and that was that, 3-2. For us an amazing, uplifting defeat, if you know what I mean. Now the season's been over one day and I miss it all.

I emailed gman through this site and he answered. He's still on ice. Hopes to get off the lake tonight or tomorrow morning. No reports of cannibalism yet.

We are supposed to be off the lake within the next couple hours.

I have declined (as everyone in my group) all requests to be interviewed by the media. No f way.

The issue around us is flooding. One spot a few hundred yards from us has a 5 foot fountain spewing water. In all my years I have never witnessed anything like it. There are numerous spots on the "road" in/out of here that are impossible to navigate due to water. This is causing the plowers to divert and make a new road. These new roads are snow packed and covered in huge drifts. Quite the ordeal.

Who's going to Boston for a final interview in two weeks? This guy. :)

Excited for this opportunity. It would have me working with the same cutting-edge software I currently do, but more in-depth, and with a lot more customer exposure/travel.

Man. my home thread we have VT, NU, BC in there arguing the merits of a goalie that isn't even from my school. We never have flamers except for the idjit from VT. And OP has decided to go politico in the Olympics thread about sports. I am getting :confused:
