More snow tonight/tomorrow. *shrug* Better that than the cold, IMO.

I'm becoming somewhat domesticated. Agreed to go to a play in which one of Madre's kids is in. I hate plays/theater. But to paraphrase Red Forman: You're an adult now. You gotta do crap you don't wanna do.

Correct. We thought we were untouchable.. Credit NP they out worked us, and scored with :30 left to upset us. It hopefully will be a blessing in disguise. The guys know they can't just show up and win anymore. Since that game we've won 11 straight.

Working from home today, because I have no more patience for idiot drivers, and it was snowing a **** ton when I got up.

Morning Lodge.

It's supposed to snow here tonight. Could make the evening commute interesting. My parents bragged about walking around in short sleeves in Texas. I bragged about playing pond hockey.

We got probably 2 or 3 inches.. It drifted some, but ha seen done for awhile and the wind is calm. Nice job closing public schools today, ISD 77. :mad: the high is 38! 2 hour late start would've been a perfect remedy and we'd still be able to practice.

They weren't closed anyway for Presidents' Day? Jr's school was.

I don't remember back when I was in school. It has certainly been pretty standard day off for the Twin City schools since Jr has been going.

Tried the chicken enchilada melt at Subway. Twas tasty, tho the bread gets a little soggy even when toasted.

Oh yes. I left the party with a 3/4 bottle of Maker's Mark and a case of beer. A person ended up missing. There is a bunch more that most of us do not remember until we saw some of the photos. All in all, it was a great night.

They generally only take MLK Day off. It would've been nice had today been a planned day off, as we'd be able to practice. I believe we're trying to get permission from the school district to practice, a by 3 pm things should be cleaned up, especially with the warm temps.

Quite honestly I'm surprised they didn't just have school, because the weather was expected to clear up, but moreso because they've cancelled so many days already this year.

I went in for some testing today, looking to lose weight. They had me step on a machine that is a scale and also shot some electrical current through my feet and out some grips i held in my hands, and this is supposed to measure how much I would at 0% body fat. At 0% body fat, I would weight 196.5lbs. I was expecting a smaller number than that; I'm only 5'10.785".
