So....our new HeadBoss (well, newer, as he got the position a couple months ago) seems to be pretty awesome. He is really pushing little to no OT, and is doing things to make it happen. Got out 90 minutes late tonight, and he mentioned to me he didn't expect it to be that late. I said I expected 30-40 minutes late (given the volume) and he agreed. He sees the problems, and he's actually doing things to make it better. This....I like.

That being said, not minding the OT after the holidays. I just don't want it to be a constant thing like last year.

It's still cold because you touch yourself at night.

We're supposed to hit 19 here today, which should feel very warm; and 35 tomorrow, which should feel like a vacation to Disney World.
