Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #171: On Turkeys.

Morning, Lodge.

g, if the doc really gave you Option 1), that's awesome.

(I thought for kidney stones now they did some ultrasound blast that pulverized it? I thought you didn't have to pass them any more. Guess not.)

Lithotripsy. Apparently they only do it when really needed and simple pain is not enough. Jr's hockey coach last season had some stones and they held off for several days hoping the stones would pass before they finally did the procedure on him. In Alexandria where g lives, they might have to wait until a mobile machine comes to town for the procedure. Regional hospitals don't usually have the fixed machines installed as the demand is not great enough. You still have to pass the stones, but the shock wave busts them up so they're much smaller.

S'upp y'all

Checking in from my 8am flight from Dallas to Boston which is still at the gate. Mechanical issues withe the bathrooms. They don't work on the ground but apparently work in the air so why we haven't taken off yet is beyond me. Was planning to go in to the office straight from the airport but based on when I land, I may go home.

So you can go home and get the stuff you so graciously have stored for Mookie?!?!?! :D

Mookie may have his shadow fall in agganis for the first time this season tonight...
Or maybe not :)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #171: On Turkeys.

Why is getting ads for bras from a company called Bare Necessities? Hopefully it is only because of the similarity of my name and the company's.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #171: On Turkeys.

Met up with Quiz and Sloe Gin here at the BU UND game tonight. Mookie is jealous so I will bring them over during the first intermission. :)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #171: On Turkeys.

I figured out how to use my cable provider's "MyTvEveryehere" so I can watch hockey on my way to Iowa City.:)
