At a hockey game. The singer ****ed up the national anthem. Big time. And didn't finish it.

-6.

She got through 2/3 of the anthem, screwed up one of the lines, hummed the next one.....and then tried to start over. Got through about 1.5 lines of that, and that was it.

At least she stopped.

New iOS blows chunks

I don't think it's that horrible. Thus far, the only thing I definitely don't like is the new lock screen.

I've already been thinking about switching to an Android phone next year though. iTunes became a bloated mess after the last major release, and now that there are, erm..."ways"...to strip Apple's DRM bullshiat out of AAC files, I'm thinking there has to be better music software out there.

We were at Primanti Bros. Last night, my parents wanted to try it. I'm hoping to get them to Church Brew Works for lunch today.

This hotel sucks. The pool was moldy, my apple at breakfast was rotten and the room is not great. At least I'm not worried about wolf attacks

It could have been worse Trumpet. You could have been in Columbus, Ohio. Just took a shower and I still feel dirty, along with a little bloat as well.

The denizens of the Valley are none too happy today. They better come out and bootstomp Michigan Tech or some athletic director is going to have a very uncomfortable meeting with his son in law.

There is no "Valley" - GV is in Allendale, right in the heart of Michigan Tea Party country. :p

We'll see. After their solid start, I'm hoping Tech isn't too thrilled with today's performance at Findlay.

Morning, kids.

Awaiting NFL Pregame (the actual pregame shows, not the fluff before 9am ;) ), then it's OC, NFL, BB.

Good Morning Lodge.

Not sure what Kill was thinking going with a QB from Makato. Had to know he would suck. :p

Howdy Lodge. After a very, very foggy morning, the sun has burned through and it's now a beautiful day here. I have my balcony door open for some fresh air.

Did my food shopping, have just finished making spaghetti sauce, now I'm about to start making avgolemono soup. My second time making it on my own. Wish me luck!! On my third load of laundry as well.

Yesterday I was over my parents' house. They are trying to clear out a bunch of stuff as they are hoping to sell the house in the spring. When I moved out I took everything I wanted but there was still a bunch of old stuff in my old bedroom closet. I went through it with my mom. Old pictures and tshirts that I really didn't want but for some reason I could not part with. I found my acceptance letters to both BU and Michigan State and some papers that I had written. I also found this one advertising project I had done. Last month when the man who was a close family friend had passed away, I told his wife and kids I had done this project based on his restaurant and that I didn't think I had ever thrown it out. And I didn't. Not that they're going to keep it, but they did say they would love to see it. It's a fun little memory and I'm glad I found it to share with them.

With regards to the tshirts, the ones I kept were all the Midnight Madness ones for BU hockey. My mother said she would make a quilt from all of them. I'm really excited about that. I think that will be a cool piece!
