Good Morning Lodge.

So watching the morning news I learned that the full moon out there is known as the "Beaver Moon." An interesting turn of phrase that I am trying to fully envision....;)
But it is a nice vision. ;)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #158: Lodge Member's Habits

My first hockey game was Bruins vs. Canucks, at the Boston Garden, senior year of high school, when I was in Boston to audition for BU. A guy in the next section took a puck off his forehead -- split it right open, it was lovely! After the ushers got a towel on his head, they started to lead him out to the First Aid place. And then, people started saying, "Give him the puck!" "Give him the puck!!" "Hey, GIVE HIM THE PUCK!!!" And some other guy -- who obviously had caught the puck after it ricocheted off this guy's head -- stood up and gave him the puck. And the whole section started applauding and cheering. And I was like, "This sport is crazy. I like it!"

No really, the owner of the restaurant just stepped a wee bit over the line. Check it out.

I disagree. She's talking about his livelihood. Of course she's allowed to say what she thinks . . . but she can't expect nothing to happen. It's like trying to heckle a comedian: Good luck, but you're messing with a professional. (Still, that's some high drama! Thanks for the link. :D)

Father in law had heart surgury today.....so far so good.....keep him in your happy thoughts. :)

Good luck to the FIL.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #158: Lodge Member's Habits

Is BU stuck in them again?
them or Wisconsin.

near close call for a coworker last night. the apartment building next to him in Milan caught fire last night, and he was posting pictures of it last night. Offered to cover for him if he needed it, but he's in at work right now, and I'm here at the house.

My dad is in Savannah today ( spends the winter in Hilton Head). Say hi if you see him. ;)

Good morning Lodge.

S'upp y'all

I left savannah. Now I'm on HHI.

Didn't see him.

Saw big boats and big houses today when I played Wexford

So, when did all this happen?

Sounds like F-I-L is doing pretty well. Still waiting to find out next steps and the long tern prognosis.

Not sure what that is but it kinda sounds like something Fire Helmet Guy would throw singles at the 'toga. :D
