One of my shooting buddies is one of those really devout pro-gun zombie apocalypse prepper right-wing types. He drives a Subaru Outback. (To be fair, I don't think he has a problem with t3h gh3y, he just doesn't like Obama/the Dems.)
Hey, they're darn good cars. Almost bought one instead of my Wrangler, but everyone and their brother here has one and I didn't find any deals worth writing home about.

Yep. With one exception, RWD pickups with no weight in the bed, Richard Petty couldn't drive one of those things in the snow.

I've seen some terrain that none of you car drivers could get up/through, but then, that's offroad.
Back in high school I took my truck up the side of a bluff south of Red Wing. It had rained all day, so it was just a muddy hill road, and on the top was a high school party at some kid's parents cabin. I got to the top, and there was one other guy that had made it up, he had 35" BFG Mud Terrains and a lift. He came over to see who else made it up, and was floored when he saw that I made it up with Bridgestone Dueler AT's. Its all skill, people!

job interview sometime in the next two weeks... shirt and tie!!!!
It is out in Reston so I'm hoping they'll pay for a cab... going to be a bit expensive. Will have to see if my shirt fits... more girth than I'd like. Do I need a blazer/sport coat for an interview in the summer? I'd rather not shell out for one... but I will if I need to.
Walked home from a bar with a sweet girl... already taken (not married) but it was good to talk to her... she's the one running the party bus to Annapolis for her b-day this sunday.
