She has said before that she only works weekend nights. So she must have come in as an emergency replacement or has changed her schedule a bit.

edit: They really do have an "A" team and a "B" team. Generally, the good bartenders only come in weekend nights, and make all of the money at the same time, because its actually busy, and then all of the rest work the rest of the time. I think they work it kind like the AHL and NHL, prove yourself during the day shift and you'll get a shot on a Saturday night.

And even on weekend nights, the lesser A-squad bartenders usually are on the far end of the bar away from the stage, and the better ones are closer to the stage, where it's busier.

grrr...

Dentist appointment tomorrow... I'm supposed to have all kinds of things done but I put it off because of a work project and then subsequent illness. Not looking forward to it, but it needs to be done.

Wow, guess its been a while since I checked in.

Saturday night me and the GF drove up to Allendale for a buddy's 30th birthday bash. he was having a bonfire there and it was all going pretty good up until about 11 pm. That's when the buddy's girlfriend accused her BFF of trying to make out with the birthday boy and there was some mutual FU's leveled at each other along with a beer cup being tossed and hitting bystanders. Anyways, this is all right by the bonfire and they lunge at each other like they're on the Jersey Shore. I grabbed a hold of the BFF there and somebody else grabbed the girlfriend. Got them two stopped from arguing with each other, mostly because the girlfriend and birthday boy got into it. anyways, about another 3 hours was spent the rest of the night there just trying to calm shibby down. we were suppose to crash there that night, along with a few others, but after about an hour the thought was to just get out of the place, with most everybody there all thinking that the Girlfriend should leave the place. After a while, most of us where just all tired and left.

Just some total Junior High Drama. :p

If you haven't seen it, you should all go to the Minnesota High School Hockey thread and look at the video that Greyeagle linked. It is awesome! The all-hockey hair team.

Good morning. It was nice to be able to leave the house at 6:30 and have it be warm enough to not need a jacket. Perfect timing for the Final 5.
