Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 145: are you giving up something for lent??

And the #1 ranking is shot to hell. Oh well.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 145: are you giving up something for lent??

I understand the extra emphasis on calling blows to the head and such i get it. But come on man.........there have been calls on both teams tonight which IMHO the hits were classic clean open ice hits. No contact to the head type hit but penalties were called. Again I get the focus on cleaning up the nasty stuff but some of these calls are just bad.

A sweep of the biggest conference rival and home ice? Sounds good to me. :) Hello, HHT.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 145: are you giving up something for lent??

I'll take a seat at the HHT after tying Ylae in a game we probably should have won. Didn't get the 1st round bye but took the #5 seed so we get the Brown Bears at our barn net weekend.

Its funny that you think anyone cares.
**** it, I wanna complain about it. It hurts us legit Massage Therapist who have had a whole lot of expensive training to learn how to do all of the stuff that we can great healers, and then be considered the same thing as what some of those sleazy "Oriental" places that just brings in chicks, sometimes illegally and sometimes against their wills, and be forced into giving out hand jobs and the like. Its degrading all away around.

i remember seeing "certified" something or other on the flyer! i'm sure it's all on the uppity up.. :D i'll be checking on the uppity part personally monday during lunch, then wednesday, and again on thursday.. ;)
NCTMB is pretty much the national standard.

Gmann - all signs are pointing to a big chunk of the state getting slammed starting sometime Tuesday. Current indications are that points south of the twin cities will get rain / sleet / mix of rain&snow (at least initially), while the twin cities and points north will see all snow. The axis of heaviest snow will be through central MN. Of course, being that this is two days out, things are subject to change. What's a given is the storm will dump a lot of moisture on the area (forecast models are projecting 1-2" of liquid for the bulk of the area), and that the temperatures will stay on the mild side (there won't be any arctic outbreak following the storm's passage).

Thanks. As much as I am ready for green grass I say bring it on (as long we get to and from the hospital on Tuesday). Winter is nearly done and we haven't had a blizzard yet. In fact up until last Monday we had no snow on the ground. Mother nature tends to even everything out. We are due.
