I feel the same way. 4 weeks of vacation and 10 days sick/personal. This yr I used 1 day of sick time, 2 wks of vacation. After the other NP left right at Labor Day It wasn't feasible for me to take 2 weeks in the fall like usual. :( I get to roll into next yr but there is no 'good' time to take vacation and we aren't allowed to have more than one week at a time so most of the things I would want to do aren't doable. You can't travel overseas and do areal vacation in a week IMO.

ETA: If you are going to have a banner ad as a University, you should probably spell 'program' correctly on it. Helps with the credibility (MACU).

So my boat has become the Baton Rouge Shuttle Barges To Dock ***** for the company. Lots of sitting around, then going, oh, .4 miles across the river to a dock. It's getting pretty old, and we've got atleast 2 more barges to bring here. I'm gonna be an expert at docking at this dock by the end of this.

Thankfully, I don't live in Edina. I still have 4 fillings from when I was a kid.

I asked on a snowy morning in Houghton. We were taking the dogs out at a
Park right next to the lift bridge. She was VERY surprised.

What has been a great couple days has been over shadowed of the news of the death of a college classmate. She was always so happy and positive. Only 24 too...

Learned our friend who died on Sunday had an anuresym. She was 46. Her sons are 13 and 9. :(

Well, I done ****ed that joke up. For whatever reason, I had you posting as goldy... Ya, its early and I'm still foggy. Could have slept a lot longer this morning... 8 days and a wakeup until I'm home and can do so.

I had over a year and a half of sick leave accumulated when I retired in January. Although I didn't get paid for it (too bad), it did increase my my pension by over 3% of the average of my last three years of salary.

Dentist went well. Just some minor stuff (inflamation, build up areas) to take care of after 15 yrs of not going, is probably the best I could of hoped for.
