Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Right now I am sleepy-coffee-drinking-man, preparing for class today! Caesar is going to cross the Rubicon in just a couple hours...

Noticed today's Amazon Gold Box Deals are computer related.

Looks like the first deal at 9 AM ET will be a discount on Windows 7. So if you are looking to upgrade, or actually own a legal copy ;) here is your chance!

The all day deal is a 500GB HDD for $50.

Doesn't surprise me, nothing worse at a conference to have empty spots where presentations are scheduled.

CID isn't a bad little airport.

If you decide to head up to the USHL (pre-season)game, I'd be interested in going. I haven't been to one yet.

Are you at U of I now? I'll e-mail your profile address.

I thought your yard was all fenced in so that she could run out there by herself??

Yeah, skunks are just no fun to deal with. they're simply the worst things to find in a live trap.
It is fenced, but we have to open the door to let her out. Because I know there are skunks in the neighborhood we usually check the yard before letting her out at night.
Oh well, the house and the dog only have faint traces of skunk smell now.

*yawn* today is a coffee morning for me (only happens a few times a year). Caramel brown sugar frape from Jackson Coffee Co is not bad.

Sittin' in a test cell, running an engine. Nothing is going wrong so it is pretty boring. ....and just as I type it, the problem I'm troublshooting pops up. Sweet, now I actually have something to do!

Yeah, that probably makes sense now. Its kind of a woodsy block you're on, and plenty of spots in all of the back yards there for them to habitat in. Not much you can really do about that unless you can get the whole neighborhood to get together to do something to run them out of the area. And knowing AA, don't hold your breath about that happening.

All but tagged one Thursday night getting off southbound US-23 to US-12. Little guy was abibling across the exit ramp. Glad he just kept moving instead of standing his ground like he would against anything else.

Always nice to have something to do eh Grease Monkey?? ;)

My poor dear sweet Mother. She smacked herself pretty good this morning with a bungee cord. Hit her right between the eyes. Got bit of a knot going there. Making her take it easy and ice it down.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

I don't even want to know what position she was trying that involves a bungee cord.
