Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

'Morning, kids. Today is my "Friday", I suppose. And, I guess I'm helping with interviews at the store today (mostly so I can be the "bad guy" and call the ones that don't get hired because my boss doesn't want to do it. Faaaaantastic.)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Did you ever have a martini there? Is that why they named it for you?

Never been. I should make that trek one day and demand some extra special attention. Or at the very least complain loudly that they spelled it incorrectly. :)

My unofficial hometown. :)

Neat. We're headed up the Tenn-Tom river now to the Tennessee river, fun stuff. Steered for another 3 hours this am, racking up the hours and getting a lot more comfortable steering this baby.

It ended up not being a hole, but rather a seal around the shaft to the prop. We're trying to keep the RPM's up when we can do it since it only really leaks in at the low speeds. We're hoping to keep it under control with pumps until we get to the dock.

What the heck, it's been an hour, and it still ain't locked? Perhaps to do with the recent board upgrade?

Too bad RFalph is probably recharging, or else he'd be able to tell us.

At least your boss insists on calling the losers. Some companies they'd be lucky to get an email.

So threads don't lock anymore... interesting (been an hour since post 1002).

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Or they forgot to set it during the upgrade.

Maybe.. Or they increased the post count in each thread.... Almighty Moderator! Can you answer this question for us? Is there no longer a post count to lock threads or was it increased? Thanks Almighty Moderator!
